De RMC200 is een meest recente modulair opgebouwde motion controller bestaande uit een basis CPU muduul met interface voor maximaal 32 assen.
Met het softwarepakket RMCtools kunnen alle series worden ingesteld, geprogrammeerd en gemonitord. In dit pakket zitten handige tools die het inbedrijfstellen en storingzoeken vergemakkelijken. Zoals monitoren van alle statusregisters en parameters, Grafieken voor weergave van alle variabelen in de RMC, wizzards voor auto-tuning, sensor offset en scale, en programmering enz.
De RMC200 ondersteunt de meeste functies van de RMC70 en RMC150. Nieuwe features zijn onder meer:
- "Feature Key" De verwijderbare en in het veld te upgraden Feature Key-token in de CPU-module specificeert het aantal door de klant bestelde regelkringen.
- Hogere resolutie (18 bit) voor analoge ingangen
- Snellere cyclustijd (250 μsec) voor control loop
- Negatieve correctiefactor voor load cellen
- Meer feedback filter typen

Valve Linearization
- For valves with a sharp knee or “kink” in the flow versus command signal diagram.
